Washing Machine Powder
Ingredients:
300 grams of grated natural soap powder (purchase from Robyn's Soap House)
1 cup of Borax (purchase from supermarket)
1 cup of washing soda (purchase from supermarket)
Method:
Place soap powder into a large bowl, add Borax and Washing Soda, stir until combined.
Use 1/4 cup in front loader
Use 1/2 cup in top loader
Vinegar can be used as a fabric softener
Bluing liquid is perfect for whites
Soap Balls
Put 120 grams of soap powder into a bowl. Add 25 ml of water. Mix with a fork until the soap starts coming together. Start kneading the mixture with your hands and when it has the consistency of plasticine, roll it into a ball or knock it into the shape of a square.
Wool Wash & Car Wash
Melt down about 300 grams of soap scrap with around 16 litres of water, add some eucalyptus essential oil and you have the perfect Wool Wash. This also makes a perfect car wash.
